Jesus, we praise your Divine Mercy

Lord Jesus, we praise your divine mercy. By your grace, you’ve made us free.
Divine Savior, we commend our lives to you. All your works are holy and true.
Your mercy expresses your great love. Your blessings flow from heaven above.
You suffered sin’s punishment in our place. You saved us by your grace.
Jesus, mercy of those in dark despair. You shower upon them your care.
Jesus, mercy of the faithful who die. They will find rest with you on high.
Jesus, mercy of those overwhelmed with fears. You will wipe away their tears.
Your divine mercy makes the faithful strong. In your name, they sing a new song.
In your mercy, empower us to go in your name. We go with a message to proclaim.
Jesus Savior, in your mercy we trust. Let your mercy shine from us.
May we show your mercy in all that we do. Divine Savior, we trust in you.

We are Easter people.

We are Easter people. Hallelujah is our song.
Blending our voices with the heavenly throng.
Together we stand in glad celebration.
Singing hymns of praise to the Lord of salvation.
He has redeemed us and made us his own.
Our songs ascend to his mighty throne.
Let the glad song to the heavens be raised.
“May the Lord Jesus be forever praised!”

Gracious Lord.Lord of glorious Light.
Whose mercies shines great and bright.
Dawn of redeeming love and grace.
Holy beams of love shines from his face.
Our ears long to hear His story.
May He shine upon us His glory.
From the bondage of sin,He set us free.
From His wounds flows rich mercy.
His body and blood feeds the soul.
Jesus, your forgiveness makes us whole.
Savior, abide with us every hour.
Send down your Spirit to give us power.
May the Spirit set our hearts aflame.
Giving us boldness to speak in your name.
Gracious Lord, hear the song we sing.
“Glory be to our God and King.”

Jesus, has triumphed over the grave.
He has power to redeem and to save.
Lord has crushed the devils head.
Jesus has been raised from the dead.

The grave lost its power, death, it’s sting.
Creation welcomes the risen King.
Jesus lives, no more to die.
His name be lifted on high.

Banish sorrow. Let no one weep.
Jesus is the first fruit of those who’ve fallen asleep.
He who bore pain and strife.
Has opened the door of eternal life.

Jesus’ victory is ours as well.
He has defeated the power of hell.
The devil has been cast down in defeat.
And has been crushed under Jesus’ feet.

On this day, there is no sadness.
Only great joy and gladness
Jesus has triumphed over sin.
The celebration goes on without end.

The Church blesses the King.
The choirs of heaven sing
To Jesus, glad hymns are raised.
“Jesus Christ, be praised!”

Hallelujah! Proclaim his victory.
Give Jesus all the honor and glory.
Worship him along with the heavenly host.
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

God, I come to the Eucharist seeking peace for my heart.
I desire the forgiveness and renewal you impart.
I place myself into your loving care.
In your mercy, look down and hear my prayer.

In humility, I confess all the wrongs I’ve said and done.
Clinging only to the merits of your Son.
Jesus! Bring me through all times of despair.
Always remain with me. In your mercy, hear my prayer.

Through the Eucharist, give me strength for the day.
With your presence Jesus, guide me along life’s way.
Jesus, my whole life is in your loving care.
Do not forsake me. In your mercy, hear my prayer.

Praise be to Jesus, present in the bread and wine.
Love so amazing, peace so divine.
Bless Jesus for all of his tender love and care.
In his mercy, he has heard my prayer.

Jesus Savior.

Jesus Savior, hear our plea.
Grant us pardon and mercy.
For our sins, you were crucified.
By the blood, we are justified.
You gave healing for the soul.
Your sacrifice made us whole.

“Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.”
Luke 23:34

Jesus, have mercy. We have often spurned and rejected you.
You prayed: “Father, forgive them, they know not what they do.”

Jesus, you were mocked and insulted by people filled with hate and unbelief.
When we see you, may the thoughts of our sins move us to repentance and grief.

Jesus in his suffering looked up to the sky.
He prayed for those who condemned him to die.

He willingly suffered pain and punishment in humanity’s place.
Though bloody and bruised, love shined from his face.

Holy Jesus, suffered the pangs of hell to win our soul’s release.
From his wounds flows our pardon and peace.
