SACRED HEART OF JESUS

SACRED HEART OF JESUS

Sacred heart of Jesus, Lord of creation.
Fountain and source of salvation.
Be our comfort through all strife.
Have mercy and lead us to eternal life.

Sacred heart of Jesus, born of Virgin Mother.
Born to be our Redeemer and brother.
Be our comfort through all strife.
Have mercy and lead us to eternal life.

Sacred heart of Jesus, propitiation for our sins.
Whose mercy and care never ends.
Be our comfort through all strife.
Have mercy and lead us to eternal life.

Sacred heart of Jesus, our life and King.
Who overcame sin and death’s sting.
Be our comfort through all strife.
Have mercy and lead us to eternal life.

Sacred heart of Jesus. Hope of those who die in thee.
Lead all souls to the bliss of eternity.
Be our comfort through all strife.
Have mercy and lead us to eternal life.

Lamb of God who takes the sin of the world away.
Give us strength and peace for each day.
Bring us through the journey, through all strife.
Lead us home to share the joy of eternal life.
